SCPa Works Cyber RAP
This Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP), developed in collaboration with Harrisburg University and key stakeholders from industry and government, offers a structured pathway for cultivating cybersecurity professionals.
This initiative enables employers to efficiently train and retain high-caliber talent while minimizing the financial and operational burdens typically associated with onboarding.
Employers who participate can:
- Build a customized talent pipeline aligned to your organization’s cybersecurity priorities
- Access grant funding to offset training costs
- Develop employees with industry-recognized credentials through Harrisburg University’s cybersecurity faculty and training partners
- Strengthen workforce retention through structured mentorship and career advancement
We are currently inviting employers to join our inaugural cohort of apprenticeship partners.
Participation can take many forms, from hiring new apprentices to upskilling current employees through the program.
